Campaign Rally in Barangay Palsong Bula, Camarines Sur. Municipality of Bula is a part of the 4th District of the province where Hon. Noriel Bernales (right) is seeking to be voted for as Board Member while Vice-Gubernatorial candidate Atty. Butch Ortega (left) is from Iriga City which is also in the same district. The 4th District is presently represented in Congress by the re-electionist Congressman Felix "Nancing" Alfelor (not in the photo) who pledged to support Eddie Pilapil's (middle) candidacy and his line-up.
