Pilapil presents before the public of Barangay Digdigon in Municipality of Goa the KAMPI official mayoralty candidates: for MAYOR Ernesto “Bon” Alarcon, VICE MAYOR Arnulfo “Titoy” Buendia and for MUNICIPAL COUNCILORS are Cicero “Yayong” Asetre, Alberto “Bitoy” Atole, Freddie “ Ka Fred” Avila, Nene Josefina “ Nene” Caballero, Ely “Ely” Cariño, Vicente “Enteng” Garchitorena, William “Boboy” Pan IV and Sergio “ Boyet” Villamora.

Gubernatorial contender Eddie Pilapil gives emphasis on the importance of strengthening the barangay, since it is the foundation of a municipality, city and the entire province, through development initiatives that will start from the barangay level where the people will be reached not from the top where only the rich and famous are being benefited.
