Multitude of people gathered during the campaign rally and intensely listened to Gubernatorial candidate Eddie Pilapil as he explained to them his program for the betterment of Camarines Sur. The rally resulted in a positive reaction in favor of former Tourism Secretary Eddie Pilapil.
